NH Collection Barbizon Palace has 274 rooms divided over multiple 17th-century houses with contemporary rooms, many commanding a view over the city and all equipped with climate control and other premium amenities. In some Premium rooms and suites you will find traces of the hotel’s historical architecture, including exposed beams and arched ceilings. 

Restaurants  

The premiere dining location in the hotel is the Michelin-starred Restaurant Vermeer, overseen by Chris Naylor. In the morning, head to the breakfast room for the signature NH Collection buffet breakfast– a huge spread of hot and cold dishes, including fresh fruit, pastries and eggs cooked to order. Culinary enthusiasts can visit bar Bottles & Jars, a place where local and global drink & food cultures mix creating a social and relaxing atmosphere.  

Meetings and Events  

A real highlight, whether it’s for a corporate event or a celebration, is the extraordinary and unique setting of Olof’s. This space is perfect to host an unforgettable event in the oldest chapel in Amsterdam dating back to the 15th century. The venue can hold up to 520 guests and has its own private entrance. On site dedicated event planners will work with you to create a memorable event for your group. In addition to Olof’s, there are 12 additional meetings rooms located near the stylish hotel lobby.  The staff can create surprising culinary meeting breaks and can be served at functions for up to 150 people that your guests will appreciate.
